2.2 Custom-Tailored Items

Items from our “Big & Tall Suits & Tailoring” collection that have been altered or custom-made cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide alternatives or a full refund.

4.2 Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. We currently ship globally, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas.

4.3 Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.

4.4 Delivery Issues

If you experience issues with delivery, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

5. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• All original tags and labels must be attached
• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase must be provided

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable
• Altered or custom-tailored items from our “Big & Tall Suits & Tailoring” collection
• Worn or damaged items
• Items with missing tags
• Intimate apparel for hygiene reasons

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Complete our Returns & Exchanges Form and email it to [email protected]
2. Carefully pack items in original packaging with all tags attached

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5.5 Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested exchange is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

6. Limitation of Liability
